East to West
Rochester Artist to Poet Project

June 3rd - July 12th 2005
12 NH poets, including John-Michael Albert, Andrew Periale,Liz Ahl, Pat Frisella, Jennifer Lynn White and three student poets have been invited to participate in this exciting and collaborative project sponsored by artstream and the Poets Society of NH.

artstream's exhibition, East to West is a group show of five artists working in oils, textile, wood, metal and ceramic sculpture. These works are going up on June 1st.

On June 3rd from 6:30 to 8 p.m. artstream is holding a preview of the exhibition for the sole purpose of bringing the poets to the works.
Each poet will choose a piece to write a work from and have until July 12th to finish it.

The poems will be brought to the public on Friday, July 15th from 6-8 p.m. artist's reception where they will be presented along side of the visual artwork.
