"Creating with textiles, is the most rewarding medium that I have
ever worked in".
This, from a woman who has done printmaking, photography, and oil
painting. For 14 years, Lesa has been expressing herself in the
form of rugs. Small, large, playful, 3 dimensional, and mostly
colorful. To do this she uses as is and hand-dyed wool fabric cut
into primitive strips and hooks it, the old-fashioned way, through
burlap, to create patterns and whimsical rugs that are lovely under
foot, or happily hug for all to view.
